Review digital job cards for completed activities anytime.
In March 2023, we officially introduced the full use of digital job cards. Replacing paper records, digital job cards are created directly on technicians’ smartphones during site visits.
After completing the planned activities on site, the technical team fills in the job card via voice input, listing all tasks completed under the request.

Review and signature
Once completed, the digital job card is reviewed and approved by the client, who signs it directly on the technician’s smartphone.

Additional comments
If there are remarks, they can be added to the digital job card. After updates are made, the card can be signed again on the smartphone.
How do you access the digital job card
Once the request is completed, the digital job card is automatically uploaded to our Ticketing System. Clients using the Ticketing System can review job cards for any completed request at any time.
What if you don’t use our Ticketing System?
If you are not using our Ticketing System, the digital job card will be sent to the email address you have provided once it has been signed.
