In March 2023, we officially fully introduced the use of digital work cards. Replacing paper ones, digital work cards are created via each technician's smartphone when they visit a site.
What is the process of creation of the digital work card?

Filling out the work card
After completing the planned activities on the site, the technical team fills in the work card by voice input, mentioning all completed tasks on the request.

Review and signature
Once completed, you review what is written on the digital work card and, upon approval, sign the work card on the technician's smartphone.

Additional comments
If you have any comments, you can record them on the digital work card and re-sign it on the smartphone after completion.
How will you access the digital work card?
Upon completion of the request, the digital work card is automatically uploaded to our Ticket system. Those of you who use the Ticket system will be able to view the digital work cards for each completed request at any time.
What happens if you don't use our Ticket system?
In case you do not work with our Ticket system, you will receive the digital work card at the email address provided by you after signing it.
What are the advantages for those of you who use the Ticket system to send requests?
The Ticket system allows you to quickly and easily view work cards on any completed requests at a convenient time for you, without having to fill your inbox with files and waste time searching for the right email to view a specific work card.
