Ticket system

The contracting authority enters the ticket system via username and password and submits the desired request.

The submitted request is processed by our coordinator - one point of contact with the Client.

After processing the request by our employee, a technical team is sent to the site.

The necessary activities are carried out to eliminate the problem by our team.

After the execution of the activities, a digital work card is generated and the request is closed in the system.

A report is prepared at the end of each month based on the completed requests and the activities performed.
