Workflow

The client logs into the Ticketing System with a username and password and submits the desired request.
Request acceptance
The submitted request is reviewed by our coordinator — your single point of contact.
Team dispatch
Once processed, a technical team is assigned and sent to the site.
Execution
Our team carries out all necessary activities to resolve the issue.
Request closure
After completion, a digital job card is generated and the request is closed in the system.
Reporting
At the end of each month, a detailed report is prepared based on all completed requests and digital job cards.
