Mundus Services completes its first EV charging station installation

Mundus Services has successfully completed its first installation of electric vehicle charging stations. The project was carried out for our partner Postbank, with the Mundus team managing the entire process - from procurement of the stations to installation, commissioning and final testing.

With the power output currently set to 11 kW and an automatic charging function, the stations are suitable for both battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs).

Following the installation, the charging stations were tested using a load tester and subsequently under real-world conditions with an electric vehicle. The tests confirmed that the installation was ready for operation and were carried out in the presence of Postbank representatives.

Technological developments and the growing adoption of electric vehicles are shaping new needs and expectations within the modern business environment. As a result, buildings and their infrastructure need to adapt, with EV charging solutions becoming increasingly important.

Mundus Services is responding to these changes by developing and expanding its service portfolio in line with the evolving requirements for buildings and the needs of its clients. This development is also supported by the experience and expertise of CORDIA Group, of which Mundus Services is a part.

With more than 1,000 charging points installed and ongoing maintenance of EV charging infrastructure across Greece, CORDIA has built a strong track record in delivering EVSE projects and supporting the development of the country’s e-mobility ecosystem.

This first EV charging project marks the beginning of the development of this service for Mundus Services in Bulgaria.
