Project Management Behind the Development of the New Retail Spaces at Sofia Airport

Seven new Avolta retail spaces and food & beverage outlets are now welcoming passengers at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of Sofia Airport.

Mundus Services took an active role in the project, providing design, project management, and supervision services. Our team was responsible for the coordination of key processes and the collaboration between the different parties involved in the execution.

The new spaces feature different concepts and purposes- from retail areas to food & beverage outlets, all created with a focus on enhancing the passenger experience. Projects of this nature require precise planning, attention to detail, and effective coordination at every stage.

We worked closely with the team of Bates Bulgaria, who contributed their expertise in preliminary studies, design adaptation, and the development of the technical design documentation for the spaces.
