Above all the advantages associated with digitization itself, one of the most important pros of the digital checklist is the possibility of being much more open to our partners and receiving timely feedback on on how the activities are being performed. Joint completion of the checklist with a representative of the contracting company provides us with constant contact with the partner, thanks to which we exercise better control over the quality of execution of activities and react quickly if necessary.
Digitizing the checklist allows for a much more detailed assessment of the performance of the activities: completion is done via an app on the supervisor's smartphone. Furthermore, the digital checklist can be accessed and sent immediately after completion to all interested parties.
