Our Client Center is now available

From the beginning of May, our customers can now use our new Client Center - a web portal that provides information on issued invoices, as well as other types of accounting documents.

The introduction of this functionality is another step towards continuing our strategy to digitize operational processes and achieve transparent communication with our customers.

What is the Client Center?

The Client Center is a web portal in which each of our customers, once registered, can view and download invoices issued to date. Each new invoice issued will be uploaded directly to the portal.

In the Client Center, the customer will also be able to keep track of which invoices are due for payment.

Our goal — open and fast communication

The client center enables us to streamline the process of issuing and sending invoices to our customers. Using it, we will achieve complete transparency and traceability of the process.

It will also make it much easier for our customers, as through it they will have quick and easy access to all the documents they are interested in, and at any time.

How can you use our Client Center?

Any of our clients who want to use the Client Center can do so after going through the following two steps:

1.Register

Registration is extremely easy — two names are required, email and the name of the company where the employee works.

2. Account activation (made by Mundus)

Once the account is activated by us, the client will be able to log in to the Client Center at any time.

When issuing a new document (invoice, credit note, debit note, protocol of activities performed), the already registered client will automatically receive a notification to the email with which he registered that he has a new document in his account.
