Mundus Services AD is the largest facility management company in Bulgaria, providing integrated services in the field of building operation and maintenance.

About the Role:
- Creating, updating, and maintaining a structured database of activities performed by the company in facility management, construction, project management, maintenance, and servicing
- Preparing and monitoring bills of quantities (BoQ) and cost estimates
- Ensuring compliance with contracts and technical specifications
- Assisting in the preparation of offers and technical documentation
- Coordinating between designers, suppliers, and contractors
- Participating in the process of selecting subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications
- Higher technical education (engineering, architecture, or related field)
- Knowledge of construction regulations and processes in building maintenance
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Office 365, and other technical software
- Ability to work effectively in a large team
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Driving license – category B
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Experience with tenders and knowledge of procurement procedures
- Experience in large-scale projects will be considered an advantage
Leadership & Communication
- Excellent communication and training skills to promote a culture of safety at all levels
- Strong team player
