Mundus Services AD is the largest facility management company in Bulgaria, providing integrated services in the field of building operation and maintenance.
Driven by our ambition to deliver services with true added value to our partners, we started in 2016 through the merger of four companies operating in different areas of facility management.Today, our partners include shopping malls and retail chains, industrial enterprises, banks and insurance companies, public institutions, as well as leading companies in telecommunications, real estate, and the automotive sector.
About the Role:
- Creating, updating, and maintaining a structured database of activities performed by the company in facility management, construction, project management, maintenance, and servicing
- Preparing and monitoring bills of quantities (BoQ) and cost estimates
- Ensuring compliance with contracts and technical specifications
- Assisting in the preparation of offers and technical documentation
- Coordinating between designers, suppliers, and contractors
- Participating in the process of selecting subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications
- Higher technical education (engineering, architecture, or related field)
- Knowledge of construction regulations and processes in building maintenance
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Office 365, and other technical software
- Ability to work effectively in a large team
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Driving license – category B
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Experience with tenders and knowledge of procurement procedures
- Experience in large-scale projects will be considered an advantage
Leadership & Communication
- Excellent communication and training skills to promote a culture of safety at all levels
- Strong team player
