Terms of Use and Privacy Policy when applying for a job through the website

Please read this document carefully. If you do not accept the conditions stated here, there is no possibility to apply for a job through the website!
When applying for a job, Mundus Services AD processes personal data in accordance with these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and the Personal Data Protection Policy (“Policy”), which you can familiarize yourself with here. The policy is an integral part of the Terms.

When applying, you decide for yourself what information to provide to the administrator. You have the option, at your discretion, to include the following information: name, email, correspondence address, telephone, nationality, date of birth, gender, place of residence; education and qualifications; work experience and information about positions held; skills; language proficiency; possession of a driving licence and other additional information filled in by You.

Please do not fill in the application form or the annexes there to, special categories of data and sensitive data within the meaning of Articles 9 and 10 of the Regulation, such as:
- data revealing your racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, nor your genetic data, biometric data, data on your state of health, sexual life or sexual orientation, or data relating to your convictions and offences.
- identity documents, as well as personal identification number, passport/ID card number, etc. similar.

The controller, as an employer, processes the personal data of candidates for employees on the basis of pre-contractual relations (Article 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation) and for compliance with legal obligations in labour and social law applicable to the controller (Article 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation).

Personal data of job applicants who are not approved for appointment at Mundus Services AD or its subsidiaries are stored for a period of 60 days from the completion of the procedure, after which they are returned to the person or destroyed. Personal data may be stored for a longer period for the purpose of making job offers only with the written consent of the applicant.

When processing your personal data, Mundus Services AD complies with the present conditions, the Policy, as well as all legal acts on the protection of personal data applicable to its activity, including, but not limited to, the Regulation.

Completing and submitting the application form will be considered as an expression of your agreement with these terms and conditions.
