Mundus Services AD is the largest facility management company in Bulgaria, delivering integrated services in the field of building operation and maintenance.
Driven by our ambition to provide services with real added value to our partners, we began in 2016 through the merger of four companies operating across different areas of facility management.
Today, our partners include shopping malls and retail chains, industrial enterprises, banks and insurance companies, public institutions, as well as leading companies in telecommunications, real estate, and the automotive industry.
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental sciences, occupational health & safety, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Postgraduate qualifications in occupational health & safety or risk management are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSSE, at least 3 of which in hazardous materials management;
- Proven expertise in implementing HSSE policies and procedures in high-risk environments
- Experience in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
- Experience in large-scale projects will be considered an advantage
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific health, safety, security, and environmental standards (e.g. API, ISO 45001, ISO 14001);
- Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM) and Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP)
- Proficiency with HSSE management systems and reporting tools
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and emergency response planning
Leadership & Communication
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and training skills to promote a safety culture at all levels
- Ability to liaise effectively with regulators, clients, and internal stakeholders
Other Requirements
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Strong ethical standards and integrity
- Willingness to travel to operational sites and client facilities
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
