We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and organized person, with positive thinking and new ideas for business development to join our commercial team for the position of Key Account Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the provision of facility services alongside the managers of others departments (Cleaning & Caretaking Services; Technical maintenance) and administers the process in our ERP systems.
  • Monitors the implementation of all services on the territory of the client/s, according to the contractual relations between the client/s and the company;
  • Responsible for providing feedback to the client on the completed activities;
  • Works to achieve long-term relationships and loyalty with the customer, as well as to increase its customer satisfaction;
  • Prepares reports, statements, and analyses, gives reports on the status of the execution of orders.
  • Accepts and processes requests for assigned activities from clients
  • Prepares a schedule for the implementation of the assigned activities by clients, as well as monitors its compliance;
  • Searches for and selects subcontractors when submitting offers and when executing the assignment, when necessary;
  • Prepares documentation for the purposes of project implementation, making sure that the client's requirements and the company's standards for quality and safety are met;
  • Builds and maintains an excellent brand reputation;
  • Responsible for summarizing and invoicing services for the respective customer.

What a successful candidate should possess:

  • University degree in Building Construction, Facility Management or similar
  • Excellent computer skills of MS Office
  • Negotiation and good communication skills with customers as well as with colleagues
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Team player with proactive attitude
